Position - Lettings / Sales Listing Agent,

As an Lettings / Sales Listing Agent, you will need to: 

  • Assist the business owner in developing all business activity and ensure income targets are exceeded.

  • Take responsibility for running the lead generation section of the business

  • Produce high conversion levels of Market Appraisals

  • Always provide exceptional customer service to encourage commendations and recommendations.

  • Act as point of contact in the business owner absence to ensure the continuous success of the branch

  • Assist the business owner with the structure and organisation of the office

The ideal candidate will: 

  • Have at least 2 years previous Estate Agency experience along with proven success in a similar role

  • Have excellent communication skills over the telephone and face to face to ensure the development of strong working relationships

  • Have previous listing experience in lettings and sales

  • ARLA or NAEA qualified or prepared to work towards

  • You must be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement

  • Have the ability to continuously exceed activity and income targets

  • Be always motivated and enthusiastic

  • Display high standards of service and presentation

  • Have good organisational skills

  • Ambitious and career orientated

  • Be a car owner with a full driving licence

  • Car must be insured for business use
